dc.description.abstractEl objetivo de la investigación es realizar un análisis de política y formular recomendaciones que contribuyan a que el Modelo de Atención a niños y niñas hasta los tres (03) años de edad, que viven en la Reclusión de Mujeres de Bogotá sea efectivo para la garantía de sus derechos. Para tal efecto, se utilizó una metodología de análisis de políticas públicas de corte cualitativo. La investigación permitió identificar que la modalidad de atención, tal y como se encuentra estructurada, no cumple con los criterios básicos para garantizar los derechos de los niños y niñas que permanecen al interior de la reclusión de mujeres de Bogotá, por lo cual se recomienda se lleve a cabo el rediseño de la modalidad.
