dc.description.abstractLos resultados de una investigación nunca se pueden predeterminar, es una búsqueda que inicia con un viaje en una balsa a la deriva, en cuyo interior llevas morrales llenos de: corazonadas teóricas, dudas, esperanzas, preguntas, sueños, temores, supuestos, nociones y de libros que provocan efecto de transformación. Lo interesante del viaje es que, aun teniendo una carta de navegación, no sabes que encontrarás, porque nada es certero, te puedes perder; lo único cierto en este viaje, es que puedes aprender. Antes de iniciar el recorrido, sólo recibes una indicación: puedes dejar algunas cosas de las que llevas en los morrales, las puedes regalar, desechar o adquirir otras distintas que te permitan continuar el viaje para llegar al punto de destino. Igualmente se requiere tener en cuenta que todo viaje tiene un trazado que no necesariamente es el recorrido; esto implica elegir ciertas rutas y alejarse de otras. Hacer explícitos el origen y las especificidades de este viaje, facilita una mejor comprensión sobre lo acontecido en él, y deja abierto un abanico de posibilidades sobre los diversos caminos que se pudieron recorrer, porque es necesario reconocer que en un ejercicio investigativo son múltiples los senderos que pueden llevarnos a la comprensión de un mismo fenómeno social. Este documento contiene la ruta trazada en la carta de navegación para este viaje y el camino recorrido en cada uno de sus cinco trayectos, tratando de comprender los aspectos subjetivos de los protagonistas de la escuela, para tejer desde un nosotros, otras nociones de lectura sobre la gestión escolar. dc.description.abstractenglishThe results of an investigation can never be predetermined, it is a search that starts with a trip on a drifting raft, inside of which you carry backpacks full of: theoretical hunches, doubts, hopes, questions, dreams, fears, assumptions, notions and books that cause transformation effect. The interesting thing about the trip is that, even if you have a navigation card, you do not know what you will find, because nothing is certain, you can lose yourself; The only certain thing in this trip is that you can learn. Before starting the tour, you only receive an indication: you can leave some things that you carry in the backpacks, you can give them away, discard them or acquire different ones that allow you to continue the trip to reach the destination point. It is also necessary to take into account that every trip has a path that is not necessarily the route; This implies choosing certain routes and moving away from others. Making explicit the origin and specificities of this trip, facilitates a better understanding of what happened in it, and leaves open a range of possibilities on the different paths that could be traveled, because it is necessary to recognize that in a research exercise the paths are multiple that can lead us to the understanding of the same social phenomenon. This document contains the route traced in the navigation chart for this trip and the path traveled in each of its five journeys, trying to understand the subjective aspects of the protagonists of the school, to weave from a we, other notions of reading about school management. A reading of what connotes the participation of the diverse actors of the school in the processes of the school management, from the potential of the testimonies of life and the despeje that they allow of the own affectations, dreams, disenchantments, utopias and keys of reading of the subjects, who break their forms of isolation and enter into relationship with the other and with others, in this process of configuring other possible routes of school management.eng
