dc.description.abstractEl presente artículo, es el resultado de la investigación sobre la percepción que tiene el docente (tutor) sobre las emociones que se vinculan al aprendizaje en los estudiantes de modalidad a distancia en educación superior y cómo intervienen las competencias emocionales en el quehacer docente, promoviendo el reconocimiento de las emociones en relación con los ambientes de aprendizaje propios de la modalidad. Esta es una investigación de tipo cualitativo, se realizó un análisis categorial partiendo de la recolección de datos por medio de dos herramientas previamente diseñadas (entrevista y grupo focal), con la intención de describir la importancia de la conciencia emocional e identificar cuáles son las posibles emociones que se perciben como obstáculos o estrategias que facilitan procesos de aprendizaje y cuáles son las relaciones que establece el docente (tutor). Teniendo como conclusión frente a la identificación de emociones que por parte del docente (tutor) son significativas en el proceso de aprendizaje en los estudiantes de educación a distancia son la alegría, miedo, confusión y enojo sin diferenciarlas claramente de los ambientes virtuales y presenciales; y las emociones que consideran deben ser promovidas son: satisfacción, entusiasmo, empatía y bienestar.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThis article is the result of research on the perception that the teacher (tutor) has about the emotions that are linked to learning in distance learning students in higher education and how emotional competences intervene in the teaching task, promoting the recognition of emotions in relation to the learning environments of the modality.   This is a qualitative research, a categorical analysis was carried out based on the collection of data through two previously designed tools (interview and focus group), with the intention of describing the importance of emotional awareness and identifying what are the possible emotions that are perceived as obstacles or strategies that facilitate learning processes and what are the relationships established by the teacher (tutor).    Having as a conclusion against the identification of emotions that on the part of the teacher (tutor) are significant in the learning process in distance education students are joy, fear, confusion and anger without clearly differentiating them from virtual and classroom environments; And the emotions they consider should be promoted are: satisfaction, enthusiasm, empathy and well-being.eng
