dc.descriptionCasi con el origen del cooperativismo en el mundo surgió la necesidad de establecer valores y legislaturas que regulen el accionar y el proceder de estas entidades que tienen una gran particularidad e influencia, ya que el concepto de propiedad y regulación está normalizado en cada uno de los miembros de esta unidad productiva. Por tanto, este artículo de investigación pretende determinar el grado de aplicabilidad de los principios cooperativos en las dos principales ciudades del departamento del Tolima, con el fin de abrir un dilema ético sobre la importancia de la aplicación de estos, y las percepciones de asociados y directivos. Para tal fin, se utilizó el método cualicuantitativo y se aplicó la técnica de la encuesta, cuya muestra fue de 1001 para Ibagué y de 454 para El Espinal. La muestra es estratificada y el tipo de estudio es descriptivo, mediante el instrumento escala de Likert. El resultado pretende identificar en las entidades del sector cooperativo de Ibagué y El Espinal el uso eficiente de los principios cooperativos, el número de asociados que los identifica y cómo perciben la adecuada aplicación de estos en las entidades cooperativas. En conclusión, el artículo abre el dilema ético sobre el bajo nivel de conocimiento de los asociados sobre los principios del cooperativismo.   http://dx.doi.org/10.11600/21450366.11.1aletheia.107.124es-ES
dc.descriptionAlmost the origin of cooperatives in the world came the need to establish values and legislatures to regulate the actions, the behavior of these entities has a great feature and influence since the concept of ownership, and control is standard in each Member this production unit. Therefore, this research paper aims to determine the degree of applicability of cooperative principles in the two main cities of the department of Tolima, to open an ethical dilemma about the importance in the application thereof and the perceptions of partners and managers. For this purpose, the quality-quantitative method was used and the survey technique, whose sample was 1001 and 454 for Ibague to El Espinal, the sample is stratified and type of study is descriptive, using Likert Scale tool was applied. The result aims to identify institutions in the cooperative sector of Ibague and Espinal, efficient use of cooperative principles, the number of partners that identifies and perceives as the appropriate application of the principles in the cooperatives. In conclusion, the article opens the ethical dilemma about the low level of knowledge of partners on the principles of cooperation.en-US
