dc.descriptionThis article presents a study  that aimed at understanding the social representations of entrepreneurship among people between 14 and 18 years old attending to the Ramon Múnera Lopera School in the city of Medellin. This study linked entrepreneurship to human development and will. This research had a qualitative approach of hermeneutical type. The methodological approach used was based on the theory of social representations, and the focus groups was the technique used to generate the information which was processed in the Atlas.ti software. The analyzed categories were spiral process, motivators for action, enterprising and ethical subject. The results allowed to understand that young people in their social representations link entrepreneurship with human issues related to dignity, ethics, well-being, well-living, education and a process that takes place throughout life as an expression of freedom. This study generates new perspectives of research and approach to entrepreneurship based on the will, the ethical subject, the birthrate and human development.en-US
dc.descriptionEste artículo presenta el trabajo que tuvo como objetivo central comprender las representaciones sociales sobre emprendimiento de los jóvenes entre los 14 y los 18 años, pertenecientes a la Institución Educativa Ramón Múnera Lopera de la ciudad de Medellín. Este estudio vinculó el emprendimiento al desarrollo humano y la voluntad. Esta investigación fue de naturaleza cualitativa de tipo hermenéutico. El enfoque metodológico utilizado se basó en la teoría de las representaciones sociales y los grupos focales se emplearon como técnica para la generación de la información que se procesó en el software Atlas.ti. Las categorías analizadas fueron proceso espiralado, motivadores para la acción y sujeto ético emprendedor. Los resultados permitieron comprender que los jóvenes en sus representaciones sociales vinculan el emprendimiento con asuntos humanos referidos a la dignidad, la ética, el bienestar, el buen-vivir, la educación y un proceso que se da a lo largo de la vida como expresión de la libertad. Este estudio genera nuevas perspectivas de investigación y abordaje del emprendimiento fundamentado en la voluntad, el sujeto ético, la natalidad y el desarrollo humano. http://dx.doi.org/10.11600/21450366.11.2aletheia.127.152es-ES
