dc.descriptionEl presente documento profundiza en los sentidos que el talento humano, en el campo de la educación inicial, le otorga a las concepciones de niñez y desarrollo infantil y a su relación con la perspectiva de derechos de la infancia. Esta categoría, junto con otras cuatro, fueron analizadas en la investigación “Programas de formación del talento humano en educación inicial: perspectivas para el cambio”, desarrollada por el Cinde con el apoyo de Colciencias, en el año 2008. La investigación, entre otros aspectos, reveló que existe correspondencia entre dichas concepciones y las intenciones y acciones pedagógicas de los profesionales que atienden a los niños y niñas en educación inicial.es-ES
dc.descriptionThis paper explores the ways that human talent in the field of early childhood education, grants to the conceptions of childhood and child development and its relationship with the perspective of child rights. This category, along with four others, were analyzed in the investigation "Training programs of human resources in early education: Prospects for Change", developed by Cinde and supported by Colciencias in 2008. The research, among other things, revealed that there is correspondence between these conceptions and pedagogical intentions and actions of the professionals who care for children in primary education.en-US
