dc.descriptionEste artículo analiza y reflexiona en torno a la manera como pueden converger el significado que trae consigo el concepto de ciudadanía con el de inclusión laboral, en un contexto laboral fundamentado desde una lógica capitalista, en la que la producción es el fin en sí mismo, y la capacidad de vocación inclusiva entre los diversos sectores sociales está mediada por la instauración de mecanismos institucionales que incitan a la aceptación de patrones de conducta homogéneos. Estos patrones, exigidos e inscritos en el funcionamiento del sistema social, favorecen a su vez pensamientos hegemónicos, incapaces de comprender, valorar y aceptar la diferencia como un proceso de emancipación que va en pro del desarrollo personal y colectivo, y así mismo, fomentan la libertad, la expansión de la subjetividad y la restitución de derechos individuales y sociales. dc.descriptionThis article analyzes and reflects on how they can converge the meaning it brings the concept of citizenship with the inclusion of labor in a work setting based from a capitalist logic, in which production is the end in itself, and inclusive vocation capacity between the different social sectors is mediated by the establishment of institutional mechanisms that encourage acceptance of homogeneous patterns. These patterns, called for and registered in the functioning of the social system, promote hegemonic thoughts turn, unable to understand, appreciate and accept difference as a process of emancipation that is in favor of personal and collective development, and likewise, encourage freedom, the expansion of subjectivity and the restitution of individual and social rights.en-US
