dc.descriptionEste artículo tiene por objetivo examinar la propuesta del libro titulado Lo que nos debemos unos a otros. ¿Qué significa ser moral? en clave de dos propósitos centrales. El primero tiene que ver con el esfuerzo de interpretar, según Scanlon, la idea de diálogo y acuerdo hipotético afincada en el corazón de la estructura del contractualismo sostenido por él. El segundo consiste en generar un diálogo entre la propuesta de Scanlon y Habermas con el fin de evidenciar cómo, a través de la concepción habermasiana “del uso del lenguaje tendiente al acuerdo”, es posible generar un paso de la concepción de diálogo y acuerdo hipotético al diálogo y acuerdo real con el ánimo de robustecer la idea de intercambio de razones incrustado en el corazón del contractualismo de Scanlon. http://dx.doi.org/10.11600/21450366.7.1aletheia.30.51es-ES

The second one is to generate a dialogue between Habermas and Scanlonproposal in order to demonstrate how through Habermas's conception "of languageuse tending to agreement", you can generate a step from the design of dialogue andhypothetical agreement to the dialogue and real agreement.
