The present work of degree, of the line of social and community development, seeks to analyze how the work practices carried out by the working children of the village of Los Soches and of the Rincón de Suba neighborhood in Bogotá, inscribed in forms of community existence or family, allow the emergence of subjectivities that resignify the notions of work and hegemonic citizenship anchored in the key of human rights. Some conceptual elements are proposed on the notion of work-poiésis, perspective of rights, processes of subjectivation, public policies and the construction of new citizenships, through different authors whose contributions and reflections allow to build a critical perspective of the practices developed by the working boys and girls. The results and analysis of the perceptions, ideas, feelings and emotions that emerge from the children in relation to the work they do, are contrasted with the categories addressed in the conceptual framework, seeking an approach to the understanding of child labor and childhood in front of the children. to the tensions that emerge with the contemporary notions of these and the multiple ways in which the child and girl are configured, based on the legitimacy of the protection of their rights.eng
