| dc.description.abstract | "Tesis de grado que se propone responder a la pregunta ¿Cómo aparece la idea de derecho y deber en los manuales de convivencia de instituciones educativas de Bogotá en la construcción de sujeto político?. Haciendo uso de cuatro masas documentales: manuales de convivencia de 10 instituciones educativas de Bogotá, leyes y decretos educativos en el periodo de 1994 y 2013, Ley de infancia y adolescencia, convención de los derechos del niño y artículos de prensa y revista. Entendiendo los manuales de convivencia como dispositivos de control, que están concentrados en determinar los comportamientos ideales que debe tener el estudiante para prepararlo para la vida adulta, convirtiendo el espacio de la escuela en una preparación para esta. Contando con la participación de los miembros de la comunidad educativa, construyendo reflexiones por parte de padres, docentes y estudiantes frente a la forma de relacionarse, las pautas de convivencia, ejercicio de la participación y valores que deben preponderar, entrando aquí con fuerza el discurso de los derechos." | spa |

Making use of four documentary masses: cohabitation manuals of 10 educational institutions in Bogotá, laws and educational decrees in the period 1994 and 2013, Law on Children and Adolescents, Convention on the Rights of the Child and press articles and magazine. Understanding the cohabitation manuals as control devices, they are focused on determining the ideal behaviors that the student must have to prepare him for adult life, turning the space of the school into a preparation for it. Counting on the participation of the members of the educational community, building reflections on the part of parents, teachers and students regarding the way of relating, the patterns of coexistence, the exercise of participation and values that must prevail, entering here forcefully the discourse of rights. | eng |
