dc.description.abstractLa sistematización de la experiencia de la Nueva Escuela Popular y Obrera –NEPO- pretende comprender los aportes relacionados con las prácticas pedagógicas y los aprendizajes significativos, a partir de la implementación de metodologías investigativas propias de la sistematización. Además, por medio de la formación obrera, se describe el proceso que los trabajadores participantes de la NEPO realizan en relación con la construcción colectiva y crítica del conocimiento, a partir de la elaboración de lineamientos políticos e ideológicos que fortalecen las capacidades de los trabajadores pertenecientes a los distintos sindicatos de la ciudad de Medellín.spa
