dc.description.abstractEl presente informe da cuenta del estudio investigativo para optar al título de Magíster en Educación y Desarrollo Humano CINDE- Universidad de Manizales, cuyo objetivo fue comprender las prácticas de memoria del colectivo juvenil comunitario ParcipAcción de la Comuna 1 de Medellín, alrededor de las conflictividades urbanas acontecidas en ese territorio desde 2010 hasta 2018. La ruta metodológica del estudio se enmarcó bajo el enfoque de investigación cualitativa debido al interés por captar la realidad social, a partir de la percepción que tienen las personas de su propio contexto y como presupuesto epistemológico se tomó como base la hermenéutica de Gadamer. El trabajo de campo se desarrolló a partir de las técnicas de taller, fotopalabra y entrevista conversacional y el análisis de información e interpretación de los principales hallazgos se dio por medio de la metodología narrativa de Pinilla que permitió definir como categorías de análisis de la investigación: LA OTRA LEY que refiere la deslegitimidad del Estado local y su representación policial, así como el código Bacrim establecido como pacto social entre la comunidad y el actor armado ilegal pero legítimo; que regula la vida moral y ética de los habitantes en la comuna 1, DUEÑOS DE LA LIBERTAD desde donde se establecen los dispositivos y/o estrategias de control y poder territorial, político y económico del actor armado ilegal y la finalidad de los mismos, y DEL RECUERDO A LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE PAZ que enuncia los tránsitos de las narrativas de memoria como recuerdo presentes en los integrantes del colectivo juvenil comunitario hacia su práctica como agencia y construcción de paz.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThis report gives an account of the research study to qualify for the Master's Degree in Education and Human Development CINDE- University of Manizales, whose objective was to understand the memory practices of the community youth group ParcipAcción de la Comuna 1 of Medellín, around urban conflicts occurred in that territory from 2010 to 2018. The methodological route of the study was framed under the qualitative research approach due to the interest in capturing social reality, based on the perception that people have of their own context and as an epistemological budget, Gadamer's hermeneutics was taken as the basis. The field work was developed from the workshop, photoword and conversational interview techniques and the analysis of information and interpretation of the main findings was given through Pinilla's narrative methodology that allowed defining categories of research analysis: THE OTHER LAW that refers to the delegitimacy of the local State and its police representation, as well as the Bacrim code established as a social pact between the community and the illegal but legitimate armed actor; that regulates the moral and ethical life of the inhabitants in the commune 1, OWNERS OF FREEDOM from where the devices and / or strategies of control and territorial, political and economic power of the illegal armed actor and the purpose thereof are established, and FROM THE REMEMBER TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF PEACE that enunciates the transits of memory narratives as memories present in the members of the community youth collective towards their practice as an agency and peace building.eng
