dc.description.abstractEl presente texto comprende los resultados de un análisis arqueológico-genealógico sobre las condiciones que han venido posibilitando la emergencia del sujeto “hombre trans”, comprendiéndolo como un proceso incipiente e inacabado, que sin embargo permite dilucidar momentos de ruptura y cambio de rumbo con respecto a un tema que se tiene por inamovible e incuestionable: el sistema binario sexo-género, desde el que se categoriza y clasifica a los sujetos según su genitalidad. A partir de este ejercicio, fue posible dilucidar que el sujeto hombre trans no ha emergido por completo, y que sus luchas particulares se siguen equiparando a las luchas de los movimientos de disidencia sexual (gays, lesbianas y bisexuales). Por otro lado, si bien la normativa nacional en la materia es extensa y de amplio desarrollo, se encuentra que esta población sigue siendo estigmatizada y vulnerada, lo cual afecta el goce efectivo de sus derechos.spa

dc.description.abstractenglishThe present text includes the results of an archaeological-genealogical analysis on the conditions that have been making possible the emergence of the "trans man" subject, understanding it as an incipient and unfinished process, which, however, makes it possible to elucidate moments of rupture and change of course with respect to an issue that is considered to be immovable and unquestionable: the sex-gender binary system, from which subjects are categorized and classified according to their genitality. From this exercise, it was possible to clarify that the trans man subject has not fully emerged, and that its particular struggles continue to be equated with the struggles of the sexual dissident movements (gays, lesbians and bisexuals).
