| dc.description.abstract | Tesis de grado vinculada a la Línea de Desarrollo Social y Comunitario, tiene como objetivo comprender las percepciones de participación que tienen estudiantes, docentes y directivos de la Institución Educativa Daniel Alfonso Paz Álvarez en la construcción de acuerdos para la convivencia, para ello, se buscó indagar desde sus voces y a partir de esa información, identificar posibles barreras para la promoción de la participación en la construcción de acuerdos, así como algunas estrategias para la tramitación de los conflictos en la institución. Se sustenta en referentes conceptuales como el de Hart, Trilla y Novella, entre otros, quienes consideran la participación como un derecho que tienen todos los sujetos y el cual se puede ejercer en espacios o ambientes propicios para ello. | spa |
