Este artículo es el resultado del trabajo investigativo sobre la formación continuada de docentes bajo una perspectiva histórica-hermenéutica. Se presenta una conceptualización sobre formación continuada y las políticas de formación en Colombia, además de los resultados de la indagación realizada con los docentes del Colegio Entre Nubes Sur Oriental IED, como un referente para el diseño de políticas públicas de formación de docentes en servicio, siendo pertinentes a los contextos e instituciones y reconociendo al docente como principal sujeto de formación.
This article gives an account of the research from a hermeneutic historical perspective on training of teachers from the feeling of the teachers of the Colegio Entre Nubes Sur Oriental IED. Therefore initially the paper presents a brief conceptual approach on teacher training, and then the situation of the Colombia training and training policies. Secondly, outlining the results of the investigation on the basis of the emerging categories and highlighting the findings of the investigation, which is expected to have an impact in the design of public policies of teacher training in these relevant to institutional contexts and service recognizing as a main subject of training teachers.
