En la formación de sujetos autónomos es imprescindible reconocer que el dinamismo que tiene el ámbito educativo pone en evidencia la necesidad de entenderse como personas creativas, flexibles e integrales, que tengan como base el respeto y la libertad en la construcción de conocimientos. Esto debe hacerse través del diálogo y la integración de saberes en donde maestros y alumnos puedan fortalecer su subjetividad, asumiendo una posición política en contra de la dominación y la desigualdad. De ahí que conocer la experiencia de instituciones que hacen innovación educativa con este enfoque pone de manifiesto su importancia y es la razón de este artículo.
The formation of independent persons is essential in order to recognize that the dynamism that has the educative scope evidences the necessity to be understood like creative people, flexible and integral. It has in the base respect and freedom on the construction of knowledge, having as foundation the dialogue and the integration of knowledge in which teachers and students can fortify their subjectivity, assuming a political position against the domination and the inequality. For that reason, it is important to know the experience of institutions that make educative innovation with this approach.
